Millie and I live by the mantra, “everyday, make room for play”. Amidst the work, the processing, the triggers, the healing; make the room. Make the space.

Millie helps me do this which is evident by the content on this site. From what dog training has taught me, to the tasks she’s trained to do, to enjoying hobbies both together and independently. This work is sacred and I’m here to document why.
